Shujinko Scores $2.8M

Seattle-based Shujinko, a developer of compliance software for the cloud, has raised $2.8M in a seed funding round, the company said on Tuesday. The startup, which was incubated by Pioneer Square Labs, develops software to help businesses make sure they are meeting compliance requirements. Shujinko's co-founder and CEO is Scott Schwan, the company's co-founder and CTO is Matt Wells.
