CrowdStreet Connects With $8M
Portland-based CrowdStreet, a startup which operates an online investment marketplace for commercial real estate, has raised $8M in a Series B funding, the company said Tuesday. The funding was led by Grotech Ventures, and also included Rally Ventures, Seven Peaks Ventures and Green Visor Capital, along with strategic investor Noah Bardin (CEO of Waze). Grotech's Lawson DeVries joins the company's board with the funding. CrowdStreet offers up commercial real estate investment opportunities to individual investors through its online marketplace. The company is led by Tore Steen.
