Bizible Acquired By Marketo

Seattle-based Bizible, which develops marketing performance management software, has been acquired by San Francisco-based Marketo. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Marketo said the buys is its "largest acquisition" in its history. Marketo said that Bizible's co-founders--Aaron Bird, Andy Turman, and Peter Thompson--will join the company, and operate out of Bizible's office in Seattle, which will become a satellite office for Marketo. Bizible was backed by Scale Venture Partners, Madrona Venture Group, MHS Capital, and angels.
