Bill and Melinda Gates Take On Trump, Climate Change, And More

Bill and Melinda Gates have released their annual letter from the Bill Gates and Melinda Gates Foundation, taking on politics in the age of Trump, climate change, and other topics. In the letter, Melinda Gates specifically takes on Trump's treatment of women, saying "I wish our president would treat people, and especially women, with more respect when he speaks and tweets." The letter also addresses overpopulation, funding for fighting climate change, money spent on education, plus how--despite stories of political division, sexual harassment, violence, or natural disaster--they see "a world that's getting better."
