Amazon Takes On Valentine's Day Rose Delivery

Amazon is looking to gain a share of the last-minute-I-forgot-flowers market, saying today that it will offer up delivery of Valentine's day flowers beginning February 13th, through Valentine's Day, February 14th, via Prime Now. Amazon said Prime Now is the "ultimate destination for Valentine's Day procrastinators' needs". In addition to flowers, Amazon said it will offer up gifts, wrapping paper, cards, candy, games, and more. In addition to the last minute delivery of flowers, Amazon says it will also offer up an in-store deal at Whole Foods for Prime members of two dozen roses for $19.99.
