Vacasa Unveils New Pricing Software For Vacation Rentals

Portland-based Vacasa said on Thursday afternoon that it has unveiled new vacation rental pricing software, which it says is powerd by new machine learning software. According to the company, its new technology, "Yield Management 2.0", is code named "Alan" after computer scientist Alan Turing. Vacasa said the new technology uses machine learning to optimize dynamic pricing of vacation homes.
