CarePayment Acquired By Private Equity Investors

Portland, Oregon-based CarePayment, a provider of patient financing services, has been acquired by a group of private equity investors, and has moved its headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee. Cedar Springs Capital and Crestline Investors said on Monday that they have acquired CarePayment, via the CCM Capital Opportunities Fund. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. The two are moving CarePayment's headquarters to Nashville, although they said they will maintain CarePayment's Portland offices.
