Amazon: Amazon Payments Usage Nearly Doubled In 2016

Seattle-based Amazon said on Tuesday that usage of its Amazon Payments service nearly doubled in 2016, with 33 million customers using the service to make a purchase. The program lets non-Amazon vendors accept the payment information already stored in an Amazon customers' account, rather than recollect all of that information. Amazon said customers from more than 170 countries used the service in 2016.
