Amazon, Expedia Join Washington State A.G. Against Trump Order

Two, Washington companies--Amazon.com and Expedia, are the centerpiece of a lawsuit filed on Monday by Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson. In a statement, Ferguson's office said the recently enacted executive orders by President Trump are unconstitutional, saying that the order is "separating Washington families, harming thousands of Washington residents, damaging Washington's economy, hurting Washington-based companies, and undermining Washington's sovereign interest in remaining a welcoming place for immigrants and refugees". Ferguson's lawsuit against President Donald Trump, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and high-ranking Trump Administration officials seeks to have several key provisions of the recent Trump immigration Executive Order declared unconstitutional.
