Portland, Kirkland, and Seattle Tops For Child Free Singles, Says Redfin

Are you single, and not interested in having children? Apparently, the Pacific Northwest is the place to be. According to Seattle-based real estate brokerage firm Redfin, among the list of the top 10 cities with the highest percentage of singles 18-45 who don't have children and don't want to have them in the future, are #2. Portland, Oregon; #3 being Kirkland, Washington; and #6. Seattle, Washington. The top city in the nation fitting those criteria was in Queens, New York. Redfin said it tapped data from relationship and dating site Match to figure out its rankings. The company posted its entire list of cities for those without kids online.
