Nohla Therapeutics Gets $43.5M

Seattle-based Nohla Therapeutics, a biotechnology company developing universal donor products that help treat patients with cancer and hematological disorder, has raised $43.5M in an initial close of a Series A funding. The funding was led by ARCH Venture Partners, and also included 5AM Ventures and the Jagen Group. ARCH's Steven Gillis, as well as 5AM's Brian Daniels, both have joined the company's board with the funding. Gillis is now Chairman of the board.
