Vertafore Names New CEO

Bothell, Washington-based Vertafore, the developer of insurance software, said on Wednesday that it has named Amy Zupon as the company's new CEO. Zupon was previously at P2 Energy Solutions, where she also served as CEO. Zupon replaces current CEO Jeff Hawn. The replacement of Hawn in the CEO post is not surprising, as Vertafore sold itself to Bain Capital Private Equity and Vista Equity Partners in June 2016.
