Amazon Expands In Illinois

Seattle-based Amazon.com said Monday afternoon that it is opening up a new fulfillment center, this time in Monee, Illinois. Amazon said the new facility will ship small items, including books, electronics and consumer goods. The new, 850,000 square foot facility will employ "hundreds and hundreds" of Amazon employees, according to the company.
