Algorithmia Gets Strategic Investment From In-Q-Tel

Seattle-based Algorithmia, which operates an online, cloud marketplace for algorithms, has secured an investment from In-Q-Tel, the investment arm of the U.S. government tied to the intelligence community and the CIA and other intelligence agencies. Size of the investment was not announced. Algorithmia said the strategic investment agreement also includes a deal to provide its marketplace to In-Q-Tel. Algorithmia's marketplace helps developers access algorithms that have been developed by others. More information »
