Coding Dojo Expanding To Dallas, DC, Chicago, Eyes Funding
Seattle-based coding camp operator Coding Dojo says it is planing to double the number of its locations, with expansions to Dallas, Washington D.C., and Chicago, as a result of strong growth and demand for its programs. The company said it saw a 300 percent increase in its revenues in the past year, and a 700 percent increase in applicants for its coding bootcamps. Actual financials were not announced by the company, which is led by CEO Richard Wang. The company--which has so far been self funded--said it will be looking for funding in 2016 for its expansion plans. Coding Dojo currently operates training programs in Los Angeles, San Jose and Seattle.
