Amazon Prime Expands Restaurant Delivery In Chicago

Seattle-based Amazon.com said today that it is expanding its Prime Now service in Chicago, to include restaurant deliveries from local restaurants. Amaazon.com--which already offers up one and two hour deliveries in the market, as well as grocery delivery services--said it will be offering up free delivery on all restaurant orders for a limited time, as part of the launch. Amazon Prime members can order restaurant delivery via the company's Prime Now mobile app; Amazon said the average time for deliveries on the service is 39 minutes.
