Apptio Expands In Denver

Seattle-based cloud business management software vendor Apptio said Tuesday that it is expanding, and is opening up a new engineering office in Denver, Colorado. Apptio did not say how many it plans to hire at the new office, which will be led by Stephen Younge. The company said it is looking to tap into the rich pool of talent that exists in the Denver area, to help it grow its product suite. Apptio is venture backed by Janus Capital, The Hillman Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock Partners, Madrona Venture Group, Shasta Ventures, and T. Rowe Price.
