Parallels Sells Odin Unit To Ingram Micro

Renton, Washington-based Parallels said this morning that it has agreed to sell its Odin Service Automation platform to Ingram Micro. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Parallels said the sale included associated cloud management technologies, intellectual property and the Odin brand.
