Ignition Partners Backs BlueData In New Funding

Bellevue-based venture investor Ignition Partners is continuing its investments in enterprise software, as part of a new funding for Silicon Valley's BlueData. BlueData said this morning that it has raised $20M in a Series C funding, which was led by Intel Capital, and also included Amplify Partners, Atlantic Bridge, and Ignition Partners, plus an un-named, strategic investor. Ignition is one of BlueData's existing investors. BlueData develops software used for managing big data infrastructure. More information »
