Zillow's DotLoop Buy Worth $108M
Seattle-based Zillow paid $108M in cash for electronic signature and documents storage startup DotLoop, according to Zillow's most recently 10-K filing. Zillow--which did not detail the price paid for DotLoop when it announced the acquisition of DotLoop in July--said it expects to close the acquisition in the third quarter of 2015. The acquisition is a great exit for DotLoop's backers--including Trinity Ventures and angels--who had invested a mere $14M in the company.
