Cloudability Acquires RipFog

Portland-based Cloudability, which develops cloud management software, said today that it has acquired fellow Portland startup RipFog. RipFog was developing big data analytics software, which was founded by Dave Hersh, the former CEO of Jive Software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
