Cardiac Dimensions Ups Round To $43M For Medical Device Trials
Kirkland-based Cardiac Dimensions, which is developing a mitral repair device used for treating heart failure, said this morning that it has now raised $43M in its latest funding round. The total comes thanks to a $15.2M tranche of funding. The new tranche came from Life Sciences partners, an also included Aperture Venture Partners, along with the company's existing supporters. The company said the new funds will go to support a clinical trail of its device, at 20 hospitals in Europe and Australia. Cardiac Dimensions is led by Rick Stewart. More information »
