Rhapsody Buys Schematic Labs, Maker of SoundTracking And Exfm

Seattle-based Rhapsody said Monday that it has acquired Schematic Labs, the developer of both the social music app Soundtracking, as well as defunct music discovery service Exfm. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Schematic Labs, it will help to boost the Rhapsody subscription music service. Schematic Labs said it will integrate SoundTracking within Rhapsody.
