DocuSign Raises Strategic Funding From Visa
DocuSign, the developer of digital signature software and technology which has major operations in Seattle, said late Monday that it has raised a strategic investment from Visa. Size and details of the investment were not announced. DocuSign, whch is led by Keith Krach, said the two will work together on digital transactions and payments. DocuSign is now headquartered in San Francisco, with operations in Seattle. The company has previously raised funding from Accel Partners, Comcast Ventures, Frazier Technology Ventures, Google Ventures, Ignition Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, the National Association of REALTORS, Salesforce.com, SAP Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Second Century Ventures, Sigma Partners, and WestRiver Capital.
