Hyperfund Takes On Crowdfunding

Anacortes, Washington-based Hyperfund said today that it has launched a brand new, crowdfunding platform, which combines rewards, security, and debt crowdfunding in a single site. According to hyperfund, it will offer companies an option to raise capital on the Internet, using all of the popular ways of crowdfunding now: provide rewards and early product acquisition opportunities to backers; actual equity in a company; and even debt funding. The new company is led by Denis duNann.
