Survey Analytics Launches Employee Survey Tool

Seattle-bsaed Survey Analytics, which develops Internet survey software, said today that it has launched a new product called Flashlet, aimed at helping CEOs keep a tab on employee engagement and satisfaction. The company said the new tool lets CEOs send a weekly question each week to employees, helping to gather that feedback into a live, team feed and helping management see what's going on with their employees and teams. Survey Analytics said that the tool is free for a limited time.
