Twisted Pair Acquired By Motorola

Seattle-based telecommunications software developer Twisted Pair has been acquired by Motorola Solutions, Motorola announced Thursday afternoon. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Twisted Pair developed push-to-talk applications for smartphones, tablets, and PCs. Twisted Pair had backed by Ignition Partners, Core Capital Partners, and Chart Venture Partners. Motorola Solutions said Twisted Pair becomes part of its Government Solutions business.
