Intellectual Ventures In Patent Deal With Salesforce.com

Bellevue-based patent storehouse Intellectual Ventures said Friday that it is in an intellectual property agreement with salesforce.com. According to IV, the patent licensing deal gives salesforce.com access to nearly 40,000 intellectual property assets. Financial details of the deal were not announced by the company. Intellectual Ventures buys and licenses--often aggressively--patent coverage o its portfolio.
