AVA.ai Gets $16M For Artificial Intelligence Software
Bellingham, Washington-based AVA.ai, a developer of artificial intelligence software used to help validate and score leads, has raised $16M in a funding round. The funding was led by private equity firm Kennet Partners. Kennet said that, as part of the funding, it has named Mark A. Bradley as CEO; Bradley was formerly part of the founding team at comparison shopping engine NexTag. AVA.ai's software is being used by the auto industry to score leads to optimize the chance of a sale.
