Tippr Acquired By nCrowd

Seattle-based Tippr, the developer of daily deal software headed by Martin Tobias, has been acquired, according to multiple reports. Size of the acquisition was not announced. Tippr developed a white-label, software platform which allowed companies to launch and operate their own daily deal sites. nCrowd is based in Atlanta.
