A Place for Mom Debuts New Senior Living Reviews Site, SeniorAdvisor.com

Seattle-based senior living referral service A Place for Mom said yetserday that it has launched a new, consumer reviews site called SeniorAdvisor.com. The firm said the new site allows families and seniors to submit their own ratings and reviews for senior living communities and care services. A Place For Mom said the new site will help "empower consumers" with information. The company said it will be sourcing reviews from a "variety of sources"--apparently, not just online submissions--and that those reviews will be verified before posting; it's unclear how much editorial control A Place for Mom intends to exercise over what reviews are posted to the site.
