Cozi Gets $5.7M
Seattle-based Cozi, the developer of mobile apps for helping mothers and families manage their life, has raised $5.78M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. The filing indicates the equity funding came from 41 investors, suggesting the participation of a significant number of angels.
Cozi develops a family calendering application used to track school schedules, sports activities, grocery lists, and other family-oriented activities. The firm is led by Robbie Cape, who was formerly at Microsoft.
