CXOWARE Details $1.25M Funding
Spokane-based CXOWARE, a developer of software-as-a-service products used for risk exposure assessment and management, reported today that it has received $1.25M in a funding round. The funding primarily came from Dr. Henry Beker, the founder and former CEO of security firm Baltimore Technologies. CXOWARE said the funding was split between $1M from Beker, and $250K in funding from Spokane's Inland TechStart Fund, Spokane Angel Alliance, and Seattle Alliance of Angels. CXOWARe is headed by Steven Tabacek, and targets customers in the finance, information technology services, manufacturing, retail, and oil & gas energy market. The funding had been uncovered earlier in the month via a regulatory filing. More information »
