Intellicheck Mobilisa Subject Of SEC Probe

Port Townsend, Washington-based Intellicheck Mobilisa reported this morning that it is the subject of an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Intellicheck Mobilisa said that it has been advised that the SEC is conducting an investigation into "certain trading in securities" of the company. The firm did not detail exactly what kind of issues the SEC was investigating. The troubled company recently had a big CEO turnover, with the newest CEO reporting that conditions at the firm did not look good for the company.
