Opscode Wins Email Messaging Firm

Seattle-based cloud automation software developer Opscode announced this morning that it has signed cloud email infrastructure provider Message Bus as a customer. Opscode said that Message Bus is deploying its Hosted Chef product to automate configuration, environment and application management of its cloud infrastructure. Financial imapct of the win was not announced. Opscode's software is used to automate deployment of cloud servers into such clouds as Amazon Web Services, Joyent, and Rackspace.
