Next IT Wins Healthcare Clients

Spokane, Washington-based Next IT, a developer of "intelligent virtual assitant" software, reported today that it has added two new healthcare clients. The names of the clients were not announced. Next IT said the clients include a " multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company" and a provider of health information services. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Next IT's products are used to reduce the need for customer service representatives.
