ExtraHop Wins Electronic Medical Records Firm
Seattle-based network performance hardware provider ExtraHop reported a win today with Practice Fusion, a developer of web-based electronic medical records software. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. ExtraHop said that practice Fusion is using its products to optimize application performance for Practice Fusion's system. ExtraHop develops network-based products for monitoring and analyzing network traffic, to help figure out how enterprise applications are running. Extrahop is headed by F5 Networks vets Jesse Rothstein and Raja Mukerji. The company is venture backed by Madrona Venture Group, Meritech Capital, and others. Practice Fusion is also a venture backed company, with backing from Artis Ventures, among others.
