Medio Launches SDK For Unity Game Engine

Seattle-based startup Medio, the venture backed developer of predictive analytics software, has launched a new software development kit (SDK) aimed at users of 3D game development tool Unity Game Engine. Medio--which is venture backed by Accel Partners, Trilogy Equity Partners, Frazier Technology Ventures and Mohr Davidow Ventures--develops big data software based on Hadoop, used to provide personalized recommendations, ads, content, and more to users. Medio said the move will allow developers to use its platform when they are creating iOS and Android applications.
