KryptIQ Acquired By SureScripts

Portland-based KryptIQ, the developer of electronic health records and prescription management software, has been acquired by SureScripts, which provide electronic prescription software, according to a report this morning from The Oregonian. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. KryptIQ was venture backed by Oregon Investment Fund, Shelter Capital Partners, SmartForest Ventures, and Voyager Capital. The firm had raised $21M in venture funding.
