Hunger Games Beats Harry Potter On Amazon

Move over, Harry Potter, Katniss is in town. Amazon.com said Friday that The Hunger Games, the post apocalyptic, dystopian trilogy by Suzanne Collins, has surpassed the seven book Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling on Amazon.com. Amazon said that the Hunger Games Trilogy is now the best-selling book series of all time on the site, including both print and Kindle book sales. Amazon also said that 'The Hunger Games', the first of Collins' titles, is the most borrowed book in the Kindle Owners' Lending Library. The three Hunger Games titles, "The Hunger Games," "Catching Fire" and "Mockingjay", are all published by Scholastic.
