Amazon Cloud Player Ties Into Sonos Music System
Amazon.com has just tied its online, cloud music service, Amazon Cloud Player, into the multi-room, user-friendly music systems provided by Sonos, Amazon said this morning. According to Amazon, users of the Amazon Cloud Player can now listen to their music library through the Sonos Wireless HiFi System, which allows users to stream music from the Internet and their computer wireless to multiple rooms in their home. Amazon said the move is part of a strategy to make its Cloud Player service available across multiple devices and platforms, and that it plans to add support for more devices later this year.
