Extensis Revamps WebINK Pricing Plans

Portland-based font software maker Extensis has revamped its online font rental service, WebINK, saying yesterday that it is changing the way it prices fonts on the service, adding options to price on usage based on monthly unique visitors, added a free "development" level of use, and create new yearly pricing to the service. Extensis, which had launched the service in late 2010, allows users to find and use web quality fonts on a rental basis. WebINK now offers up unlimited font usage for a set, yearly fee, dependent on the number of visitors to a site, starting at $20 for a basic account. WebINK previously offered up single font faces for a monthly charge.
