INRIX Claims Customer Growth
Kirkland-based traffic information provider INRIX said Wednesday that it added more than 50 new customers in the last 12 months, and now powers the navigation services for 20 automakers worldwide. The firm claims that its crowd-source traffic network is the largest in the world, counting Toyota, Audi, BMW, Ford, and many others. INRIX said it is also providing data to eight of the top 12 iPhone navigation apps, including those from ALK, Garmin, MotionX, NAVIGON and TeleNav. The firm did not detail any financial impact of all of those deals.
