Redfin Rolls Instant Alerts

Looking to give real estate buyers with instant access to market information, Redfin said Thursday morning that it has released a new service called Instant Updates, which will immediately alert users about new listings and price drops in their neighborhood. Redfin said it will provide the email alerts just 15 to 30 minutes after agents post a change to an MLS. Redfin said the feature will give its users a "crucial competitive advantage" to making offers on homes.
