Vertafore Sees Executive Shakeup
Bothell-based Vertafore, which develops software for the insurance industry, has had a major executive shakeup. The firm reported Thursday afternoon that both its CTO and CFO are leaving the firm, and that it is looking for replacements for both positions. The firm said CTO Vance Huntley will leave the firm when it finds his replacement, and CFO Jeff Groh will be leaving the company in April. In the meantime, the firm said that John Morrow, the firm's SVP Corporate Development and Legal Affairs, will assume the role of CFO. Vertafore explained that the moves would "strengthen" its technology innovation and long term business performance. Vertafore is owned by TPG Capital, which acquired the firm in 2010.
