Cayuse Acquired By Evisions

Beaverton, Oregon-based Cayuse, a developer of higher education software, has been acquired by California-based Evisions, Inc., the firms said Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Evisions said it intends to retain all of the current employees of Cayuse, and will combine the Portland operations of the two firms. Cayuse develops a web-based software for collaborative grant proposal development; Evisions develops a range of software for higher education institutions.
