Ignition Backed Splunk Files For IPO
Splunk, a developer of real time indexing software backed by Seattle's Ignition Partners, has filed for an IPO. Splunk said it is planning to raise up to $125M in an IPO as SPLK in an S-1 filing Thursday. Ignition owns about 20.7 percent of Splunk, which is based in San Francisco. Other investors in Splunk are August Capital, Sevin Rosen, and JK&B Capital.
