Zillow Bumps IPO Pricing Range
Seattle-based Zillow has bumped its IPO pricing range, saying this morning in a filing that it now expects its initial public offering price to be between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The firm has applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Market as "Z". The new pricing is above an earlier, $12.00 to $14.00 estimated initial pricing range by the company. Zillow's IPO is being underwritten by Citi, Allen & Company, Pacific Crest Securities, ThinkEquity LLC, and First Washington Corp.
