Widevine Adds Swiss Customer

Seattle-based Widevine, the provider of digital rights management (DRM) and related tools, said today that it has added Zurich-based DIVA AG, a provider of digital media movie and TV content, as a customer. Widevine said DIVA is using its video optimization and digital rights management (DRM) platform to help deliver video to Android phones, iPhones, iPads, and connected TV sets. Financial details of the win were not disclosed.
