Apptio Names Marketing Head
Bellevue-based Apptio, the provider of software for managing IT business operations, said today that it has named Chris Pick as its Chief Marketing Officer. Pick was most recently an operating partner at venture capital firm Austin Ventures' CEO-in-residence program. He also was Chief Marketing Officer at NetIQ, and has served at PentaSafe Security and Ernst & Young. Apptio said Pick will evangelize the firm's software-as-a-service solutions.
